We can machine ABS, PVC, Nylon, PET, PP, HDPE and many others. Using CNC machining, with tool changers, we can produce any 3 axis product design in a fast and dimensionally accurate manner.
Our approach to CNC Rapid Prototyping is to take your CAD File and by using Master cam XT, Surf Cam or Virtual Gibbs program the CNC and make your prototype. We have the ability to build low cost prototype molds and extremely fast production injection molds. |
